1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the IT-F1 website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
Separate quotations, proposals, statements of work or service agreements may govern services purchased from IT-F1. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed service agreement concerning a specific service, the applicable service agreement will govern to the extent of that conflict.
2. About Our Services
The availability and scope of services may change.
3. Consultations and Assessments
Complimentary consultations and Digital Presence Assessments are intended to provide preliminary professional observations and recommendations. Recommendations may be based on information provided by the client, publicly available information and technical observations available at the time of assessment.
A consultation does not obligate the client to purchase services and does not obligate IT-F1 to accept a project.
4. No Guarantee of Marketing Results
Digital marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors outside IT-F1’s control, including market conditions, competition, customer behaviour, search-engine algorithms, advertising platforms, budgets and third-party technologies.
Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, IT-F1 does not guarantee specific Google or other search-engine rankings, a particular number of website visitors, leads or inquiries, advertising conversions, revenue or sales, return on advertising spend, social-media reach or engagement, or any particular business outcome.
Performance objectives and projections should not be interpreted as guarantees.
5. Search Engines and Third-Party Platforms
Search engines, social networks, advertising platforms and technology providers may modify their algorithms, policies, pricing, functionality or terms without notice. IT-F1 is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms such as Google, Meta or other providers that affect rankings, advertising performance, account availability, integrations or website functionality.
6. Client Responsibilities
For contracted projects, clients may be responsible for providing accurate and timely information, approvals, credentials, content and other materials reasonably necessary to perform the agreed work.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess appropriate rights and permissions for materials they provide to IT-F1, including text, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks and other intellectual property. Project delays caused by missing information, approvals or access may affect agreed timelines.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the IT-F1 website and its original content, graphics, branding, design elements and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to IT-F1 and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization. Ownership and licensing terms for client deliverables will be determined by the applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work or service agreement.
8. Third-Party Software and Services
Projects may rely on third-party products or services such as hosting providers, plugins, APIs, advertising platforms, CRM systems, payment processors, software subscriptions or other technology.
Third-party products are governed by their respective providers’ terms, policies, licensing requirements and fees. IT-F1 is not responsible for interruptions, changes, discontinuation or failures caused by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
9. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the IT-F1 website accurate and current. However, website content is provided for general informational purposes and may be changed without notice.
Information on the website should not be considered a binding quotation or contractual commitment unless confirmed in writing.
10. Fees, Payments and Project Terms
Specific pricing, deposits, payment schedules, recurring fees, cancellation conditions and deliverables will be stated in the applicable quotation, proposal or service agreement.
Unless expressly included, third-party expenses such as advertising spend, hosting, domains, premium software, subscriptions, stock assets or platform fees may be charged separately.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IT-F1 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising solely from use of this website.
Liability relating to paid professional services may be further governed by the applicable written service agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Prohibited Use
13. Privacy
Use of personal information submitted through this website is governed by the IT-F1 Privacy Policy.
14. External Links
Links to external websites are provided for convenience or informational purposes. IT-F1 does not necessarily endorse and is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy or content of third-party websites.
15. Changes to These Terms
IT-F1 may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the applicable revision date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised website terms, subject to applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute relating to these website Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
